Tanya Donnelly is the Director of Global Process Management at American Power Conversion Company. Here she coaches a staff of systems analysts, application developers, process analysts, and business analysts. Her role is to lead global projects that align the company's strategy and business requirements to support end customer needs, while working along side many areas of the business to solve real customer problems. Tanya has also developed training programs to support education on how to use business processes and IT tools.
